The PLAB SMS program is operated by My play company Co.,Ltd. ("PLAB", "we").
1. Program description
By entering your mobile number and requesting a verification code on PLAB (https://www.plabfootball.com), you agree to receive one-time verification codes by text message from PLAB. If you also check the optional box for match alerts during sign-up, you agree to receive text alerts from PLAB when a match you booked is canceled. Consent to receive match alerts is not required to sign up for or use PLAB. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. Types of messages
- One-time verification codes for sign-up, account recovery, and phone number changes
- Match cancellation alerts (only if you opted in)
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Verification codes are sent once per request. Match cancellation alerts are sent only when a match you booked is canceled.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
5. How to opt out
You can turn off match cancellation alerts at any time in My Page on PLAB.
If you received the message from a U.S. or Canadian number, you can also reply STOP to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages after that. To receive messages again, reply START or UNSTOP. In other countries, messages are sent from the sender ID "PLAB", which cannot receive replies, so please use My Page to manage your alerts.
Please note that replying STOP blocks all text messages from that number, including one-time verification codes. If you do so, you may not be able to log in or change your phone number until you opt back in.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also contact us at contact@plabfootball.com, or through My Page > Customer Center > Contact Us on PLAB.
7. Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your participation in this program is subject to our Privacy Policy (https://policy.plabfootball.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policy.plabfootball.com/term).
